Yea, I just learn this recently and I am currently applying it to myself. Cause it really hurts a lots when something you never expect to happen had happened. Someone that meant so much to me suddenly disappear one day without explaining. It left me wondering what wrong did I do. It left me in daze, cause I never ever thought of them leaving. My tears roll down uncontrollably, no matter how much I told myself ' I wasn't at fault.' It is really sad to know that now, we are stranger again ;(((
p/s: The day you remove me from your life, I break into million of pieces.
